Royal Enfield Himalayan(BS6) Royal Enfield has worked a lot on improving the refinement of the 411cc single-cylinder engine. The current BS6 power unit is certainly a lot smoother than the first one we sampled in 2016. The engine produces 24.31PS and 32Nm, 0.13PS lower than its BS4 guise. No changes to the five-speed gearbox though.  The Himalayan BS6 remains a capable off-roader, suspended by long-travel suspension units at both ends. It is the only affordable adventure tourer in India to get a 21-/17-inch spoke wheel setup that comes shod with dual-purpose CEAT tyres. Braking hardware comprises a front 300mm disc with a twin-piston caliper and on the rear wheel, you get a 240mm disc with a single-piston caliper. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard with switchable ABS finally offered on the Himalayan. Himalayan BS6 Features  There aren’t many features to talk about the Himalayan BS6. KTM Duke 125

The KTM 125 DUKE may be the entry-level bike of the range, but it isn't here to play games. It's built with the same attitude as the bigger bikes - and it shows. It's no holds barred with this urban warrior. This 4-stroke single cylinder has fuel-injection and a 6-speed transmission to deliver class-leading performance with low fuel consumption to keep you riding longer.

The KTM 125 Duke BS6 has been launched inIndia at Rs 1,38,041 (ex-showroom , making it dearer than the KTM 125 Duke BS4 model by Rs 5,541. KTM says the motorcycle will be available by the end of February 2020.

The BS6 KTM 125 Duke makes the same amount of power and torque as the BS4 KTM 125 Duke. It continues to be powered by the same 124.7cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor (but in BS6-compliant guise), which churns out 14.5PS at 9,250rpm and 12Nm at 8000rpm. The engine retains the 6-speed transmission too. Underpinnings have also remained unchanged.

It continues with the same WP inverted front fork, WP monoshock, 300mm front disc with radial caliper and single-channel ABS, and a 230mm rear disc. According to KTM, the kerb weight has gone slightly up from 141kg dry to 141.4kg in the BS6 version.

The motorcycle looks the same as the BS4 model externally, except for the engine cowl. It doesn’t look as sporty as before with a black finish instead of the black, white and orange colour scheme. Thanks to the strict emission norms, the underbelly exhaust looks fatter than before and is finished in black.
